What's the most important thing students need to succeed?
"Kids need to be loved. They need to feel like they’re wanted and appreciated and made to feel like they’re important because it gives them confidence, and if you have confidence, you feel like you can do anything. That’s when you’re willing to try things and not be afraid to make a mistake. And if you do make a mistake, you’ll be willing to try again."
